         Medical consultations are offered both by telehealth (phone) and in person to assess your concerns.

1) Dr. Yang will be away from March 28-April 14, 2024. Dr. Vivian Fan will be available April 1-3, 2024. The office will be closed April 4-14, 2024.

2) WE HAVE TEMPORARILY STOPPED ACCEPTING PATIENTS:

    Due to the overwhelming number of applications, we have temporarily stopped accepting patients. The waitlist is closed for now and we will not be accepting new intake forms. Patients who have already completed the intake form will remain on the waitlist for future availability. If you would like your application to be removed from the waitlist, please email us to let us know.
